New York City Audubon’s Sunset Ecotours to Heron Islands

5 trips this summer – Every other Saturday from June to August

More than three thousand herons fly up from southern climes to nest in large colonies on islands around NY Harbor.  Now you have a chance to see these amazing egrets, herons, and ibis and their island habitat up close during the magical time of sunset. Travel New York Harbor’s waterways on comfortable NY Water Taxis and let NYC Audubon give you a whole new perspective on the city – a heron’s perspective!

The trips are perfect for a romantic evening or a family outing. Beverages, including wine, will be sold on the boat.
