Participate in our Fall Roost Auction!
Fall Roost Auction, September 15-29
You can help NYC Audubon stay strong by making a donation to our annual Auction in September, held alongside the Fall Roost Benefit.
We are seeking:
• Hotel stays: Perhaps you've been on a recent trip? Ask that hotel for a donation!
• Vacation homes: Lend your country cottage for a getaway weekend.
• Gift certificates: For stores and restaurants of all sorts. What are your favorite haunts? Ask the establishments you patronize in your neighborhood.
• Artwork: We know that many of our members create paintings, sculptures, jewlery, and photographs. Show off your work for a good cause!
• Tickets: For theater, opera, ballet, concerts, shows, or sporting events.
• Tours: Of your favorite birding places or the interesting place where you work.
• Lessons: Cooking, music, computer skills, AviSys help, etc.
• Services: Donate your time and special skills, such as decorating, landscaping, writing a will, etc.
These are just a few ideas, but we would welcome others. Be inventive!
New this year: Donations that you gather will be presented online for bidding beginning Tuesday, September 15! Your auction item
will reach our membership of 8,000 New Yorkers as well as potential bidders from all over the U.S. Some items will be auctioned exclusively online, while
others will also be displayed for final bidding at the Fall Roost of September 29.
