The arrival of June marks Pride Month for the LGBTQ+ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, and other sexual orientations and gender identities) community. Celebrations in New York City include pride parades, picnics, parties, and, in the case of NYC Audubon, bird outings!

Let's Go Birding Together events are for everyone who loves birds and the outdoors. We welcome the LGBTQ+ community, allies, families, and anyone who wants to enjoy an outdoor experience that is inclusive. Why do we do this? Because the outdoors has not always been a welcoming place for LGBTQ+ people and NYC Audubon wants to help change that.
